Responsibilities

• Coordinate and formalize manpower planning in line with operational requirements and company objectives.
• Formulate and implement employment and recruitment strategies to ensure optimal workforce structure and efficiency.
• Ensure operating units are adequately staffed with the right organizational structure and manpower.
