Role & Responsibilities:
HR Operations & Store Coverage
- Manage HR responsibilities for a cluster of stores within the assigned city.
- Ensure effective implementation of HR policies, SOPs, and processes at store level.
Performance Management & Capability Building
- Execute bi-annual performance management cycles, including appraisals and performance improvement plans.
- Represent the HR function in monthly business reviews with relevant metrics and data insights.
Employee Engagement & Culture
- Implement employee engagement initiatives to create a vibrant, fun, learning, and growth-oriented store culture.
- Conduct regular Open House sessions to understand employee pulse and address concerns.
