Position Title: Assistant Manager – Learning & Organisation Development (L&OD)
Reporting To: Deputy Manager - L&OD & HRBP

Role Overview
The L&OD Specialist will be responsible for designing and executing holistic learning and organisation development initiatives aligned with business and people strategies. The role will focus on building factory capability, implementing structured Self-Managed Team (SMT) programmes, and driving engagement interventions to create a culture of performance, ownership, and continuous learning.
The incumbent will also lead key OD interventions including Women Interactive Network (WIN), committee initiatives, training need analysis, and capability-building workshops across levels.

• Proven L&D and OD experience (7–10 years) in a manufacturing setup.
