We’re looking for an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in ensuring our Inn feels like a home away from home for guests.

Responsibilities

  • Support the General Manager in daily operations and team leadership.
  • Lead a team to deliver company standards and maintain a welcoming environment.
  • Manage shift operations in a fast‑paced environment, including overseeing staff schedules and duties.
  • Conduct administrative tasks such as liaising with chefs, management and suppliers.
  • Handle stocktakes and ordering to maintain inventory levels.
  • Manage accounts and financial processes.
  • Respond to guest requests and occasional after‑hours duties.

Qualifications

  • Strong background in food and hospitality.
  • Passion for customer service.
  • Ability to inspire and motivate a team.
