Job Description
- Identify and track tender/RFP/RFQ opportunities in infrastructure, urban development, water, transport, energy, and social sector projects
- Manage end-to-end bid lifecycle: EOI, pre-qualification, proposal submission, and post-bid follow-ups
- Coordinate with technical, finance, and legal teams for proposal preparation
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals, capability statements, and presentations
- Analyze bid requirements, eligibility criteria, and evaluation parameters
- Maintain and update bid trackers, CV banks, project sheets, and credentials
- Liaise with clients, government authorities, JV partners, and sub-consultants
- Support JV/consortium formation, MoUs, and teaming arrangements
- Assist in costing, fee estimation, and commercial negotiations
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Support client relationship management and business pipeline development
