We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented professional to join our team as Assistant Manager – Direct Tax . The role involves handling direct tax compliance, litigation support, and ensuring timely and accurate tax filings in line with Indian tax regulations.

Skills - TDS Return, Income Tax Return, Direct Tax, SAP FICO
Years Of Experience - 4 to 6 Years
Education/Qualification – MBA in Finance , Semi-qualified CMA or CA
Roles & Responsibilities:
Assist in preparation and filing of corporate Income Tax Returns.
Support Tax Audit (Form 3CD) and statutory audit requirements.
Manage advance tax workings, provisions, and reconciliations.
Draft responses for notices under Sections 142(1), 143(2), 147/148, 154, etc.
Support in handling faceless assessments and submissions.
Assist in monthly TDS computation, payments, and filing of quarterly TDS returns.
