Position Summary
HR Shared Services group is a centralized hub of all operational and administrative processes characterized by employee self-service through defined hire to retire processes leveraging technology and multi-tiered levels of service and service responses. It enables the HR function to separate operational from the strategic facilitating each HR function to focus on their core competencies.
The Executive, HR Shared Services will be responsible for handling employee life cycle processes (preboarding to offboarding), gathering and preparing cyclical and ad-hoc HR reports, and dashboards, handling employee queries related to processes, policies and systems as well as collaborating with other HR functions on all employee related operations/ projects.
