Roles and Responsibilities :-

  • Analyse various websites on its key performance metrics and evaluating performance against competitive market trends
  • Explore large datasets of web behaviour trends to provide actionable insights on engagement, conversion funnels, ROI, etc., to improve website performance
  • Scope and monitor the impact of website changes for the business and marketing
  • Define and deliver at scale reports on user segmentation, lead scoring, and marketing analysis based on customer profiling and segmentation
  • Create forecasts using operational and statistical tools and models
  • Direct queries and evaluate databases and logs to produce daily, weekly and monthly reports
  • Make recommendations regarding process improvements and help develop performance policies and procedures
