Designation - Assistant Manager Job Location - Maharashtra Territory - West Region (Mainly Maharashtra & Gujarat). Experience - 5-7 years in the Blue Collar Bulk Hiring. Qualification - Minimum Graduate. Gender - Male / Female. CTC - Rs.6 Lacs to Rs.6.6 Lacs per annum. Requirements Key Responsibilities - 1. Ensure timely manpower deployment as per client SLA. 2. Manage bulk hiring operations & team performance 3. Monitor DOJ vs Target vs Attrition 4. Handle client escalations & workforce challenges 5.
