Job Description

Job Summary:

Leads a team of Facilities Department staff. Defines and maintains an efficient manufacturing process/production lines and facilities setup in order to produce products that meet customers' requirements. Drives to achieve the departmental and company's goals and objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple sites and oversee day-to-day facilities and administrative operations.
  • Supervise internal staff and third-party personnel, including security, technical staff, and housekeeping.
  • Review workloads and assignments of staff and third-party personnel; plan and monitor daily schedules to ensure adequate workforce coverage to support operations.
