Job Description
- Coordinate daily with the Factory, Production, Dispatch, and International Marketing teams to ensure timely production and shipment execution as per agreed schedules.
- Monitor and continuously improve export operational processes by identifying process gaps and implementing efficiency-enhancing initiatives.
- Track production progress and coordinate third-party inspections, wherever applicable, in line with customer and business requirements.
- Conduct regular visits to the manufacturing facilities to review production and dispatch status, ensuring adherence to monthly shipment plans.
- Proactively communicate any production or dispatch delays, risks, or schedule deviations to the International Marketing team for timely customer updates.
