RONA Building Centre in Elliot Lake, Ontario is seeking a qualified and experienced Assistant Manager to support store operations and leadership functions within our retail location.

Position Summary

The Assistant Manager will work closely with the Store Manager to ensure efficient daily operations, high standards of customer service, and effective supervision of store personnel. This role requires strong leadership, operational knowledge, and a commitment to company policies and procedures.
