The Assistant Manager for Electrical & Energy Systems is responsible for overseeing daily electrical operations to ensure the safe, reliable, and efficient functioning of all facility systems. A critical component of this role is Energy Management—driving energy-saving initiatives, optimizing power consumption, and ensuring regulatory compliance to reduce operational costs.

Responsibilities

1. Operational Oversight & Maintenance: Assist in planning and executing preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance for all electrical infrastructure (transformers, switchgear, MCCs, distribution boards, motors, and control systems). Lead the troubleshooting of complex electrical faults to minimize downtime and maintain continuous operations. Ensure all electrical installations and activities strictly comply with regulatory requirements and safety standards (LOTO, PTW, arc flash protection).
