Identify and mitigate risks associated with work. Ensure Compliance with all statutory and client Safety regulations. Undertake Safety inspections and Audits. Incident investigation and root cause analysis of accident/incident.to educate employees by regular training on SHE guidelines, to inculcate Safety culture wherein employees Follow the laid down SHE rules.to enforce Compliance on the Shop floor for SHE guidelines.to create a culture where in all employees involve in Safety and Report unsafe observations and unsafe conditions.
