  • Opening the new schools.
  • Identify the needs of the schools and make them part of the region's annual plan.
  • Ensure the execution of annual plans of the region in relevant schools.
  • Set targets for academic excellence and seek support from the regional manager to achieve the set targets.
  • Ensure implementation of academic calendar and organizational interventions for academic excellence and character building in schools.
  • Monitor the performance of school staff and give them on-the-job support when and where required.
  • Participate in head office meetings/trainings and conduct principals' meetings to execute, analyse and review the annual targets....
