YOUR MISSION
Analysis & Planning: Leverage available tools and performance data to conduct qualitative and quantitative research to understand our stores’ consumer behaviors, preference, pain points, and to evaluate the current stores’ user experiences;Conduct competitive analysis to stay on trend, to identify industrial best practices as benchmark, seek optimization opportunities from competitors, and explore new/trending design tools, technologies across marketplaces;User Experience Enhancement: Plan and update visual merchandising calendar for all stores ensuring company GTM calendar is followed; Create wireframes and mockups then lead operational vendor’s design team to create, implement and approve all storefront designs which are visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces that align with brand guidelines, including homepage, campaign/promotion landing page, PDP, navigations, product categorization, etc. Liaise with digital mar...
