Assistant Manager ECOM

Key Responsibilities:
Monitor performance and activities of ECOM customers.
Ensure timely data visibility and reporting to Sales and Operations teams.
Conduct critical analytics to identify gaps and recommend corrective measures.
Coordinate effectively with the network and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.
Track e-commerce KPIs (sales trends, KPIs, and customer experience metrics) to support business growth.
Support development and implementation of process improvements for better efficiency and service quality.
Perform any tasks and projects assigned by the Line Manager.
