Assistant Manager, E-Commerce Warehouse

Job Description :

• Manage inbound and outbound including inventory, manpower & warehouse expenses
• Stock Movement data analysis.
• Trouble shooting and fix the physical stock and system variance
• Manpower planning based on the daily, weekly & monthly stock forecast
• Assist in warehouse future expansion i.e. location, manpower & transportation
• Develop SOP for warehouse department as well as enhance the existing SOP
• Coordinate between e-commerce commercial team, logistic & corporate sales team
• Perform any other functions or ad hoc project assigned

Job Requirements :

• Possessed at least Bachelor's Degree in related to Supply Chain (Warehousing & Logistics)
• At least 4 years on operations experience in warehousing, preferably e-commerce warehousing.
• Organizational and analytical skills; ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
