Assistant Manager, E-Commerce Warehouse

Manage inbound and outbound including inventory & manpower

Assist in manpower planning based on the daily, weekly & monthly stock forecast

Assist in warehouse future expansion i.e. location, manpower & transportation

Coordinate between e-commerce commercial team, logistic & sales team

Perform any other functions or ad hoc project assigned

Requirements

Possessed at least Bachelor’s Degree in related to Supply Chain (Warehousing & Logistics)

At least 3 years on operations experience in warehousing, preferably e-commerce warehousing.

Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and related processes (inbound, replenishment, put-away, picking, packing, staging, loading, and manifest creation) is crucial.

Knowledge of inventory control procedures, cycle counts, and stock take processes is required.

Understanding of safety procedures and regulatory requirements for warehouse operations.
