Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and review detailed engineering designs for solar PV systems (rooftop and utility-scale).

  • Prepare layouts, single-line diagrams (SLDs), and electrical schematics using AutoCAD or similar tools.

  • Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies to support design decisions.

  • Coordinate with procurement, project execution, and vendors to ensure design alignment.

  • Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations IEC, IS, MNRE guidelines).

  • Perform energy yield simulations using software like PVsyst, Helioscope, or similar.

  • Optimize system design for performance, cost, and reliability.

  • Support in preparing BOQs, technical specifications, and tender documentation.
