Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Building strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and guiding them
- Escalation management & problem solving with the ability to anticipate customer needs and proactively addressing the same
- Learn & develop strong knowhow of our product features & functionalities
- Plan, monitor, report product implementations for a given client
- Identify risks and provide mitigation plans as part of product implementation
- Drive & manage overall governance framework
- Working closely with Sales, Support, Product & Regional / Country teams to ensure that customers are happy, engaged and achieving their desired outcomes
- Payroll implementation background preferred.
Qualification & Skills:
- Total and relevant years of experience - 1 to 3 yrs
- Excellent Communication Skills (Must know English & Spanish)
