It tracks business-critical metrics, enforces SLA adherence, and drives structured escalations to resolve operational deviations. The CT team drives root-cause analysis, corrective actions with warehouse stakeholders, and ensures standardized documentation to prevent recurrence and improve network-level execution consistency.
