About the role


The person to be hired is responsible on contract administration, claims & dispute resolution, variation and change management, compliance and reporting and risk management.


Key Accountabilities

  • Contract Administration: Manage day-to-day contract correspondence, ensuring all obligations and procedures strictly adhere to FIDIC clauses.
  • Claims & Dispute Resolution: Evaluate contractor claims, assess extensions of time, and manage resolutions under the Engineer's determinations.
  • Variation & Change Management: Assess, negotiate, and document project variations and change orders while protecting the company's bottom line.
  • Compliance & Reporting: Monitor project timelines, draft performance reports for management, and ensure bond and insurance requirements are consistently met.
