The Assistant Manager plays a crucial role in shaping the guest experience and nurturing the team.
Responsibilities- Oversee all guest experiences for the restaurant, recognising and welcoming guests
- Be highly engaging with guests and colleagues on a regular basis to obtain feedback on quality of product, service levels and overall satisfaction
- Engage with guests in conversation to build a strong rapport between guests and the restaurant
- Take ownership and effectively deal with guests’ accidents, incidents, complaints and preferences
- Participate in daily restaurant operations; ensure the quality and consistency of all products meet desired standards
