Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager – Civil to support and manage civil construction activities for pharmaceutical industry projects . The role requires strong knowledge of GMP requirements, project coordination, vendor management, and civil construction execution .
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with project teams and site staff , including regular site visits to monitor progress.
- Liaise with architects, RCC consultants, and other engineering stakeholders for project execution.
- Review tenders (technical & commercial) and prepare techno-commercial comparisons .
- Manage vendor development, selection, and coordination .
- Handle contractor billing, bill verification, and cost estimation (cement, steel, etc.).
