Description

North Beach is looking for a motivated, experienced Assistant Manager who knows how to bring the energy and drive a team to success to join us opening a new store at the Northlink Shopping Centre due to open end of March 2026.



As Assistant Manager in one our large format retail stores you will help shape an epic team culture, deliver outstanding results, and make sure our customers feel incredible.



You’ll lead by example on the floor, keep the team fired up, and make sure our store is looking sharp and performing even better.



You will be part of a team of enthusiastic retail staff, driving sales to meet and exceed sales targets and maintaining an unbeatable level of customer care throughout our store.



We require a minimum of 1 year Assistant Manager experience.
