Assistant Manager

As Assistant Manager at Miller & Carter in Cardiff Bay, you will support the General Manager in leading the team to deliver excellent guest experiences.

What will I be doing?

• Use your management experience to support the General Manager in the day‑to‑day running of the business, acting as Duty Manager when they are not present.
• Use your communication skills to train and inspire your team to deliver food, drink, and service they can be proud of.
• Be the role model and guide development within your team.
