Position Overview

The Business System and Process Analyst (BSPA) serves as the bridge between business operations and technology solutions, supporting both Warehouse Management System (WMS) initiatives and broader internal system improvement projects. This role works closely with the System Solutions Manager and cross‑functional stakeholders to analyse business requirements, optimise operational workflows, and implement scalable system solutions that improve efficiency, data visibility, and organisational processes. In addition to WMS implementation and support, the BSPA will also participate in internal system setup, process digitalisation, database management, reporting enhancement, and continuous operational improvement initiatives across the organisation.
