Assistant Manager, Business Development

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the full spectrum of business development functions.
• Business Development process from marketing->quotation ->design finalization->prototype->NPI->quality
• To monitor market trend & develop market analysis/strategies, discovering and exploring new business opportunities.
• Responsible for providing leadership and vision in the sales functions and ensuring that all plans and programs are effectively implemented.
• Foster strong working relationship between the customers and the production team.
• Develop new accounts, providing quotes to clients as well as product information as requested.
• Participate in new product development and prototype build.
• Work with Engineering/QA to continuously improve process yield and quality level.
• Ensure deliveries of sales KPI and play an active role in sales forecasting & reports.
