We’re looking for an Assistant Manager to help us deliver experiences that delight. This exciting role will see you work in an inspiring part of the world, motivating a team of passionate people while supporting and occasionally stepping in for the General Manager.

The Wellington Hotel dates back to the 16th century and lies within the picturesque coastal village of Boscastle. This historic family‑friendly destination is one of the oldest coaching inns in Cornwall and boasts a popular pub, restaurant, and overnight accommodation.
