Job Description

Job Overview The Assistant Manager – Finance (Billing) will be responsible to manage and oversee the billing operations for client accounts in alignment with contractual terms, internal controls, and tax compliance requirements.


The role ensures timely, accurate invoicing, supports month-end processes, and coordinates cross-functional inputs to maintain billing efficiency and accuracy.


Responsibilities Oversee the end-to-end billing process, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing to clients that aligned with approved media plans/ROs, POs and campaigns deliverables.


Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., sales, operations, and client servicing) to verify billable deliverables and align invoicing details.


Prepare monthly billing schedules, cost breakups, and assist in revenue accruals and month-end closing activities.


Monitor billing cycles and ensure adherence to contract terms and client agreements.
