Description of Position

The Assistant Manager handles leasing activities including, but not limited to: meeting and greeting the public, answering the telephone, demonstrating the model/community, verifying applications for residency, executing marketing and related forms and/or reports, making call-backs to potential residents, drawing up leases for signatures, receiving notices to vacate, preparing the weekly overview, walking the grounds on a routing basis to ensure that curb appeal standards are being met, training new employees in leasing as requested by the Community Manager, preparing promotional items for the new residents (such as mailers), delivering lease renewal letters, and inspecting supply ...
