About the Role
As an Assistant Manager within the Total Rewards team, you will play a key role in shaping EY’s employee experience by supporting the design, delivery, governance and continuous improvement of our benefits, wellbeing programmes and recognition framework. Working within the wider Total Rewards team, you will collaborate with Talent, the business, external partners, to ensure EY’s offering remains competitive and meaningful for our people.
This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, people‑focused and highly organised, with a passion for enhancing the employee value proposition and driving engagement.
