Overview

As an Assistant Manager, you will enable operational and sales excellence, ensuring that customers and associates have exceptional experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coach the team to provide exceptional customer service, engaging with customers, offering tailored products and services, and handling escalated situations.
  • Drive sales-focused partnerships with customers, guide the team to achieve sales targets, and use sales and metrics reports for action plans.
  • Hire, onboard, train and develop associates, provide clear coaching, feedback, manage performance appraisals and career action plans.
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety, asset protection, privacy, policies and procedures; manage inventory, merchandising and brand standards.
  • Maintain daily communication with the team and ensure consistency and execution of all sales and customer engagement tools.
