Responsibilities

• Coordinate & manage the activities of the front-line staff in the delivery of optimal member service through ongoing coaching, team meetings, training, and monitoring performance objectives.
• Engage in meaningful financial conversations with members, offering advice and guidance to help them make informed decisions; compile loan packages and negotiate loan structures, including rates, terms, repayment options, and other credit terms.
