Assistant Manager

As Assistant Manager at Toby Carvery – Bathgate Farm, you will support the General Manager in leading the team to success, motivating staff to deliver excellent guest experiences and mentoring each individual to become the best they can be.

Responsibilities

• Use your management experience to support the General Manager in the day‑to‑day running of the business, acting as Duty Manager when they are not present.
• Use your communication skills to train and inspire your team to deliver food, drink and service that they can be proud of.
• Be the role model and guide development within your team.
• Lead the team to deliver moments that WOW our guests, keeping them returning.
