Job Description

The Assistant Manager is responsible for supporting the Shop Manager in the effective running of the Shop and replacing him/her when needed, in order to ensure the highest standards of customer service are achieved and maintained.





Key Responsibilities

Communicate sales plans, reports and targets to the Shop team, monitor performance on an ongoing basis

Suggest corrective actions to hierarchy when needed

Give all kind of tasks and assist in the schedule preparation for the Sales Associates, Cashiers and Stock Keepers (when applicable) and ensure in the most efficient manner that activities are carried out
Ensure that customers are greeted and served by shop staff throughout the day and in compliance with quality and customer service standards

Report occurring operational and customer issues, hold complaints at all time, suggesting solutions or escalate them as appropriate insuring operational effectiveness and customer sat...
