Role Overview
The Assistant Manager – Audit & Tax will support and lead audit, tax, and advisory engagements, ensuring high quality service delivery, compliance with applicable laws and standards, and timely completion of assignments. The role requires strong technical knowledge, client handling skills, and the ability to supervise junior team members.
Key Responsibilities
Audit & Assurance
· Plan, execute, and finalize statutory audits, internal audits, and special assignments.
· Ensure compliance with International Standards on Auditing (ISAs) and applicable local regulations.
· Review working papers, financial statements, and audit reports.
· Coordinate with clients to obtain information and resolve audit issues efficiently.
Taxation
· Manage preparation and review of income tax returns, sales tax returns, and withholding tax statements.
