Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd Responsibilities & Key Deliverables Manpower handling and monitoring of shift in assembly area
Delivering crusade requirements
Meeting daily/weekly/monthly production targets
Ensuring safe work environment by analysing & updating HIRA
Motivating workmen for kaizens, QCs, participation in various activities
Optimum resource utilization.
Ensuring system documentation under TS, ISO and ISO requirements in the department
Liaise with other managers to formulate objectives and understand requirements
Estimate costs and prepare budgets
Organize workflow to meet specifications and deadlines
Monitor production to resolve issues
Supervise and evaluate performance of production personnel (quality inspectors, workers etc.)
Determine number of necessary resources (workforce, raw materials etc.)
Strong decision-making skills and a results-driven approach
