Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, pursue, and secure government & institutional projects for Architectural products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, contractors, government departments, and consultants.
- Map upcoming projects and ensure inclusion in specifications & tender processes.
- Drive sales from lead generation to closure for large-scale institutional projects.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients in line with company policies.
- Collaborate with internal teams for timely execution and delivery of projects.
- Track competitors, market trends, and government procurement patterns.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth in the project segment.
