Cátenon, a Global Executive Search Firm is looking for an Assistant Manager - Administration & Accounts to join our Office in Baner, Pune.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage employee records
  • Keep records of invoices and payments received. Follow up with client to ensure timely receipt of payments
  • Liaise with the Co-Working office team for smooth functioning
  • Keep record of expenses - vendor / supplier partner payments, employee out of pocket, rent etc. Ensure timely payments.
  • All activities under office administration - systematic documentation, storage, cleanliness etc
  • Manager all vendor / supplier relationships - Negotiations, delivery, quality etc
  • Support client empanelment documentation
  • Set up meeting for MD as required
  • Managing the internal HR Portal
  • Receive all incoming calls, enquiries and redirect appropriately
