Cátenon, a Global Executive Search Firm is looking for an Assistant Manager - Administration & Accounts to join our Office in Baner, Pune.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage employee records
- Keep records of invoices and payments received. Follow up with client to ensure timely receipt of payments
- Liaise with the Co-Working office team for smooth functioning
- Keep record of expenses - vendor / supplier partner payments, employee out of pocket, rent etc. Ensure timely payments.
- All activities under office administration - systematic documentation, storage, cleanliness etc
- Manager all vendor / supplier relationships - Negotiations, delivery, quality etc
- Support client empanelment documentation
- Set up meeting for MD as required
- Managing the internal HR Portal
- Receive all incoming calls, enquiries and redirect appropriately
