Job Description

About the role:

• Support monthly and quarterly sales target planning for the Accessories category, including performance tracking and corrective action planning.

• Drive sell-in, merchandising solutions to drive off-takes, driving visibility on E-com platforms, explore new channels and identify gaps and drive actions that improve sales and inventory productivity.

• Drive Accessories category performance through effective assortment deployment, replenishment support, and inventory optimization at store level.

• Work closely with Franchisee partners, Chain stores, E-commerce partners to provide sales-focused operational guidance and ensure consistent execution across stores and channels.

• Support data-driven decisions related to assortment mix, sell-in planning, replenishment, and key store KPIs such as conversions, UPTs, and ATVs.
