Job Description


The Assistant Lodge Manager Couple, will support the Lodge Manager in the day-to-day operation of the lodge, ensuring every guest enjoys an exceptional stay while maintaining the highest standards across all departments.
Responsibilities will include:


  • Delivering exceptional guest experiences from arrival to departure.

  • Leading and motivating lodge staff through a hands-on management style.

  • Overseeing Front Office, Guest Relations, Housekeeping and Food & Beverage operations.

  • Assisting with lodge administration, reporting and operational planning.

  • Maintaining the highest standards of presentation and service throughout the lodge.

  • Handling guest requests and resolving challenges professionally.

  • Supporting and developing team members through coaching and leadership.

  • Building lasting relationships with guests, colleagues and travel partners.
