Kendrick Recruitment is seeking an experienced and proactive Assistant Maintenance Manager to join a luxury lodge in Touws River. This hands‑on role is responsible for supporting all maintenance operations, ensuring safety compliance, managing projects and contractors, and overseeing the lodge’s facilities and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Maintenance Manager in overseeing operations across buildings, accommodation, public areas and equipment.
- Manage projects, contractors and budgets efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with OHS standards, fire regulations and safety protocols.
- Control stock, tools and procurement processes.
- Oversee fleet management, servicing and reporting.
