Job Description
This role plays a key part in leading and optimizing our maintenance operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and continuous improvement across all mechanical systems and equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee maintenance, repair, and modification activities in collaboration with the Maintenance Supervisor.
Supervise daily maintenance operations, ensuring all tasks are performed according to checklists, SOPs, and audit requirements.
Plan, organize, and manage critical maintenance work, deciding whether tasks are handled in-house or outsourced to contractors/suppliers.
Manage spare parts requisition, inventory, and repairs, ensuring smooth and efficient maintenance support.
Support machinery expansion, upgrades, and improvement projects related to mechanical systems.
Ensure full compliance with regulations such as OSHA, FMA, EQA, and promote Good Environmental Practices (GEP) and proper waste management.
