Assistant Maintenance Manager

Job Description :

Report to: Manufacturing Manager

• Develop and implement Planned Maintenance Program.
• Control budget expenses within the approved ammount.
• Coordinate with regional engineering team to manage engineering projects from beginning including feasible study, sourcing, supervising contractor, commissioning, handing over to user.
• Ensure maintenance area and housekeeping in the plants are always in good state.
• Maintain the activities to encourage others in continuous improvement.
• Manage spare parts stock to make sure that all critical parts are identified and available in the store.
• Preparing troubleshooting guidelines for all equipments.
• Conduct inspection of critical equipment/items and investigate cause(s) of failure for appropriate action/measures.
