Job Summary

The Assistant Logistics Manager is responsible for overseeing end-to-end logistics operations supporting bakery and pastry production. This role ensures timely delivery of raw materials and finished goods, maintains product freshness and quality during transport, and coordinates closely with production, warehouse, and delivery teams to support daily manufacturing schedules.
