A gorgeous safari lodge in the Sabi Sands is looking for an experienced ASSISTANT LODGE MANAGER to join their team.
This role suits an all-rounder who moves comfortably between departments and thrives on hands-on leadership. It is intentionally open to candidates from a range of backgrounds: attitude, work ethic, and genuine leadership ability matter more here than a specific job title.

- Comprehensive, hands-on understanding of luxury lodge operations
- Strong Food & Beverage background essential, with the ability to elevate the dining experience
- Comfortable relieving and supporting department heads across Front Office, Guest Relations, F&B, Kitchen, Housekeeping, Procurement, and Venues/Events
- Confident making independent operational decisions
- Natural leader able to mentor, develop, and motivate staff
