  • Support the Lodge Manager in the daily operations of the lodge, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
  • Deliver exceptional guest experiences that consistently surpass 5-star standards.

  • Ensure high standards of service, housekeeping, food & beverage, and lodge presentation are maintained.
  • Assist with staff training, scheduling, and performance management to promote growth and excellence.
  • Handle guest queries and resolve concerns professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction.
  • Monitor stock levels and assist with administrative and operational procedures.
  • Step into the Lodge Manager role when required, supporting leadership and decision-making.
