- Support the Lodge Manager in the daily operations of the lodge, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences that consistently surpass 5-star standards.
- Supervise and motivate staff across all departments, fostering a positive team environment.
- Ensure high standards of service, housekeeping, food & beverage, and lodge presentation are maintained.
- Assist with staff training, scheduling, and performance management to promote growth and excellence.
- Handle guest queries and resolve concerns professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Monitor stock levels and assist with administrative and operational procedures.
- Step into the Lodge Manager role when required, supporting leadership and decision-making.
