Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Learning & Development, internship or campus engagement, HR basic functions.
- Experience in project management, process improvement, or digitalization's initiatives will be an added advantage.
Knowledge & Skills
- Good understanding of HR processes, recruitment, onboarding, payroll basics and internship management.
- Familiarity with campus engagement, WBL/TVET collaboration and talent pipeline building.
- Basic knowledge of L&D programme design and learning management systems
- Ability to plan and manage multiple projects with attention to detail.
- Comfortable with digital tools and systems for process automation and knowledge management.
